7 DAY RETURN POLICY

As a company totally committed to complete customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on our enviable reputation for quality and service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any of the goods purchased, please inform us within 7 days, starting on the day the goods are delivered to you, in writing, and once the goods have been returned to us, we will, at our discretion, give a replacement or part/full refund. The goods must be returned unused, in its original delivered state, and wherever possible, in the original packaging, together with your receipt. We recommend that you retain the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available, you should use packing that would provide similar protection. (NB Goods and carriage costs will only be refunded fully if the item differs in anyway form the advertised goods). No Liability can be held against us for any damage, loss or negligence that may arise after the above stated timescale.
